What we collect
When you use SendGoal, we collect:
- Your email address (for authentication and sending KPI reminders)
- KPI data you create (names, values, descriptions, tags)
- Email interactions related to your KPIs
How we use your data
- To provide the KPI tracking service
- To send reminder emails and weekly digest reports
- To process email replies that update your KPI data
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). All connections are encrypted with TLS.
We send transactional emails via Resend, including:
- Magic link sign-in emails
- KPI reminder emails (based on frequency you set)
- Weekly dashboard digest (Mondays)
You can stop all emails by deleting your KPIs or contacting us.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie (sg-session) for authentication. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies are used.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@sendgoal.com.
