Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using SendGoal, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

SendGoal is a KPI tracking platform that helps you define, monitor, and report on key metrics. Features include:

• Creating and managing KPIs with targets and deadlines
• Logging data via the web UI, email replies, REST API, or MCP
• Automated reminder emails and weekly digest reports
• AI-powered insights and trend analysis
• API and MCP access for connecting to AI platforms and external tools

Your account

• You sign in via magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.
• One person per account. Don't share your account credentials or API keys.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API key usage.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke your API keys immediately and contact us.

Your data

• You own your data. We store it to provide the service.
• You can export your data via the API at any time.
• You can delete individual KPIs (which removes all associated data) or request full account deletion.
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the product. This data cannot identify you.

API & MCP usage

• API keys grant programmatic access to your KPI data. Treat them like passwords.
• You are responsible for how third-party platforms use your data once you connect them via API or MCP.
• We may rate-limit API requests to ensure fair usage and service stability.
• Don't use the API to scrape, overload, or abuse the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use SendGoal to:

• Send spam or unsolicited emails through the platform
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or abuse the service infrastructure
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Exceed reasonable usage limits (e.g., creating thousands of KPIs programmatically)

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Email communications

By creating KPIs with reminders, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to those KPIs. These are not marketing emails — they are part of the service you configured. You can stop reminder emails by deleting the KPI or pausing its reminders.

Weekly digest emails can be managed from your dashboard settings.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but provide SendGoal "as is" without guarantees of uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features. For significant changes, we'll give reasonable notice via email.

Limitation of liability

SendGoal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of SendGoal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You can stop using SendGoal at any time. Request account deletion by emailing us, and we'll remove all your data. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.
