SendGoal is a KPI tracking tool that helps you define, monitor, and report on key metrics via email. By using SendGoal, you agree to these terms.
Account
You sign in with your email address via magic link. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account. One person per account.
Your data
You own your data. We store it to provide the service. You can request full deletion at any time by contacting us.
Acceptable use
Do not use SendGoal to:
- Send spam or unsolicited emails through the platform
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse-engineer or abuse the service infrastructure
Service availability
We aim for high availability but provide SendGoal "as is" without guarantees. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
SendGoal is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
